Wizkid Hits 1 Million Followers Via Twitter

Afro pop-star, Wizkid is officially the most popular Nigerian act on social media. The star becomes the first Nigerian artiste to hit 1M followers on micro blogging site, Twitter.



The EME signee now holds the record of the Nigerian musician with the highest number of followers on twitter amassing approximately 1,000,245 followers followed closely by D’banj (816k), Don Jazzy (719k), 2face Idibia (686k), and actress Genevieve Nnaji (542k).

Wizkid hit the one million mark on February 19, 2014.
